Introduction

2. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services offered by ek9998, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to keep this information accurate and up to date at all times.

You must provide only truthful information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement and entitles ek9998 to immediately close your account and void any winnings accrued under that account.

ek9998 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. As part of this process, we may request the following documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any other point during your account lifecycle:

• A recent proof of address document dated within the previous three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).

3.5 Third-Party Payments. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be refunded to the source, and the associated account may be subject to review and suspension.

4.4 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or zero rate toward wagering completion. The contribution rates applicable to each game type are displayed in the bonus terms section of the platform. Slots typically contribute at 100% unless otherwise stated.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules
